We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for an established manufacturer in Boca Raton!

?? Location: Boca Raton, FL

?? Pay: $20-$23/hour

?? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

?? Health benefits available

??? Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Documentation Office team with daily operational and administrative needs
• Coordinate with freight forwarding vendors regarding cargo shipments and delivery timelines
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and expected arrival times
• Handle and help resolve shipping or delivery issues as they arise
• Verify inputs received from internal suppliers and outputs prior to delivery to internal customers
• Identify potential nonconformance issues, stop the process when necessary, and immediately notify a supervisor
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with vendors, customers, and internal departments
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing shipping information and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or another regulated environment is a plus
